Streicher's also offers the following expedited UPS shipping options:

Normal business days for shipping are Monday - Friday (Saturday delivery is based on delivery location and not guaranteed). If expedited shipping is chosen, we will ship any available items immediately. Backordered items or items currently out of stock will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS mail. We currently offer domestic shipping only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available via 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. (NOTE: Due to UPS's discontinuation of ground service to HI and AK, Streicher's is no longer able to ship ammunition to these states.) Shipping costs are based on the total dollar of the order and the weight of the package. Oversize products such as gun safes, light bars and partitions are subject to other fees based on UPS standard rates. Ammunition, knives, and aerosol self-defense products may be subject to extra shipping charges or regulations due to the hazardous material or danger if used unsafely or improperly.

Be sure to give us a street address where someone is available during the day to receive and sign for shipment. The charges cover packaging your order, handling charges, shipping charges, and insurance. Shipments to more than one address require shipping charges for each address. Some products are restricted and can only be shipped to authorized agency addresses.

Ammunition Shipping Agreement:

In order to complete your purchase of small arms ammunition you must agree to the following: You are 18 years of age or older for the purchase of shotgun or rifle ammunition or 21 years of age or older for the purchase of handgun ammunition; There are no local, state or Federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing ammunition; You are not a fugitive from justice; You are not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substance Act, 21 U.S.C. 802); You have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to any mental institution; You are not an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States; You have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions; You, having been a citizen of the United States, have not renounced citizenship; You have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence; You are not subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner, child or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner, child or person; You realize that ammunition can be dangerous and accept full responsibility and all liability for its safe use and storage; You have selected the proper ammunition and understand that ammunition is non-returnable.

Sales Tax

Streicher's charges sales tax for all shipments to California, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. All other states pay no sales tax. Approved agencies in all states pay no tax.

Return and Exchange Procedures.

1. IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER:
   
   • Call the carrier's local office and request a representative pick up the damaged goods.
   • Pack the product in the original shipping box.
   • The carrier will contact you and pick up the package. 
   • The carrier will contact Streicher's with the results of the investigation and we will take the appropriate actions necessary.
   
   
2. IF YOUR ORDER WAS INCORRECTLY FILLED BY STREICHER'S:
   
   • Please fill out the reverse side of this form and return your shipment to Streicher's.
   • Please also include copies of the packing slip and any other documentation that was provided in the shipment.
   • If you have any other or additional problems or questions, please feel free to contact Streicher's Customer Service at (763) 546.1155 or (800) 367.3763.
   
   
3. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT:
   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and handling). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on your account which you can use against future purchases. Refunds/Credit will only be issued for items which are in new condition. If the item has been used and is not defective, Streicher's will not accept it and it will be returned to you. If you are returning a product for any reason, please download and fill out our Return and Exchange form.

Privacy Policy

All information provided by you will be retained by Streicher's and may be used for future marketing efforts unless otherwise noted.  If for any reason you wish to be removed from Streicher's mailing list, not receive future marketing material, change your personal information, stop receiving a duplicate catalog, or send a catalog to a friend, please call 800-367-3763 and a customer service representative will assist you or log in and change your preferences online.

When you place an order with us, you warrant that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities which would prohibit you from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state, or local laws. Ordering Policy

Streicher's reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. All orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota or in Butler, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by Streicher's, Inc. in Plymouth, Hennepin County, Minnesota or Butler, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. All sales are subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin, and the venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of Minnesota.

No change, modification or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by Streicher's, Inc.

Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyer's purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein by Streicher's, Inc.

Pricing Policy

Every effort is made to keep our marketing materials error-free, but sometimes a mistake may slip by. In the event of any error, Streicher's reserves the right to correct the error.

Streicher's also offers quantity discounts when purchasing large numbers of a specific SKU. For a quantity price break, please ask your customer service representative for the necessary quantity and its pricing.

Clearance or closeout items are only available based on current inventory. Items will not be re-ordered. Clearance pricing may be changed at any time. All sales of Clearance or closeout items are final. No returns will be accepted.
