Why Do You Require My Email Address to Make a Purchase?
Streicher's uses your email address as the unique identifier for your online account. We respect your privacy and will not provide any personal information to others, nor will we send you unsolicited emails. (During the account creation process, you have the option to either be added to our

Why are Certain Items Restricted?
Due to the nature of the products that we carry, certain items are only available to the law enforcement and military communities. Restricted items are designated as such based on:
1) State and/or federal regulations
2) Contractual agreements with product manufacturers
3) Internal decisions to safeguard that potentially lethal items are not sold to the bad guys

How Do I Purchase Restricted Items?
In order to purchase restricted items, you must be a member of a law enforcement agency, government agency or military unit. Streicher's only ships restricted items to approved
agencies which you be able to select during the checkout process. If your agency isn't listed, click here to fill out the short agency application form.

How Do I Receive Agency Approval?
Registering your agency with Streicher's is an easy three step process. Simply click "Register Now" below to fill out and submit a short application form. Once approved, we will email you your new account username and temporary password—from there you will be set to take advantage of all online benefits! (Approval notifications will be sent within three business days.)

Why am I Charged Sales Tax on My Order?
Streicher's collects sales tax for orders shipped to ten states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Indiana, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and California.
(NOTE: Approved agencies with a Federal ID number on file are not charged sales tax.)

How Do I Check the Status of an Order?
Simply log into your account and click "My Account." From here you will be able to see whether or not an order has shipped. Orders appearing in the "Order Tracking" list are not fully completed usually due to an item on backorder status. Orders appearing in the "Invoice Tracking" list are fully completed and have been shipped (NOTE: Please allow up to 3 business days for UPS tracking information to show up here as the numbers are generated by UPS and then sent back to us.)

How Do I Change My Account Information?
Individual User Accounts
Simply log into your account and click "My Account." Here, you will be able to change Billing/Shipping and other contact information. (NOTE: you will not able to change your email address as it serves as your account's unique identifier.)
Agency Accounts
For security and verification reasons, agency accounts cannot be updated online. Please contact our support center at 800-367-3763 (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT) and we will be glad to help you make the necessary changes.

Where Does Streicher's Ship To?
Streicher's will ship to any US state and some US colonies like Puerto Rico and Guam. We also ship to APO addresses. For our complete shipping policies, click here. Our standard shipping is UPS ground (5-7 day delivery). We also have 3-day Select, 2nd day Air, and Next Day Air service available for an additional charge.

What is Streicher's Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and
handling). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on your account which you can use against future purchases. Refunds/Credit will
only be issued for items which are in new condition. If the item has been used and is not defective, Streicher's will not accept it and it will be returned to
you. If you are returning a product for any reason, please download and fill out our Return and Exchange form.
