What is Streicher's Agecny site?
Streicher's has created this area of our website to allow greater
access, better support amd stronger customer service to our agency customers.
In this agency portal, officers will have the ability to by approved items from
a designated list and have them shipped and billed to the agency. Designated
administrators will have greater access. An agency administrator will be able
to purchase any item from Streichers.com, create lists for their officers, add
and delete officers from their agency account, re-print invoices, track orders,
and much more. Contact your sales rep or call 800-367-3763 for more
information.
What can I purchase?
Agency adminstrators:
You can purchase any item from Streichers.com These items can be billed to your
account or paid for with a credit card. Items on a list or contract will be
sold at agreed to pricing.
Officers of an agecny:
You can only purchase from the designated list of approved items. These items
are either selected by your administrator or are part of a contract to
purchase. Contract items are sold at agreed contract pricing.

I am an agecny administrator, How do I add or modify officers?
There are two ways to add officers. A large list of officers can be uploaded
and added in one large group or they can be manually added one by one. Click on
"Add Officers int eh my account screen to begin.
I am an officer with an agecny, Why can't I browse your site?
Officers asssociated with an agecny can only view, browse and purchase
items that are approved by your agency administrators. If you would like to be
able to purchase additional items, please contact your administrator to have
these items added to your approved list. If you would like to purchase items
for your personal use, log out of your agecny account and lon in/create a new
user for your personal orders.

I have ordered from Streicher's in the past. How do I access
my account?
Personal accounts adn agency accounts are keptr seperate. This allows our
agency customers to mamage, track, and monitor agency and officer purchases.
Officers who purchase with their agency log-in may only order items in their
approved list, orders must be shipped to their agency, and orders can be viewed
by their agency administrator. In order to access your past orders, you will
need to log out and log back in with your personal information.
Why am I charged sales tax on my order?
Streicher’s collects sales tax for orders shipped to six states
(Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Indiana, New Jersey, and California). Most
pproved agencies in all states do not pay sales tax. If you were charged sales
tax, this may be a mistake. Please contact your agency administrator, and have
them contact STreicher's accounting department at 800-367-3763
How do I check the status of an order?
Click My account at the top of this page and you should be able to view all
your account information. Pending orders are those that have been ordered, but
not shipped, or partially shipped. Past orders have been processed, and should
contain all tracking information.
How do I change my user information?
Int he my account screen, click "Edit". your personal information can be
changed, but we will only ship to your official agnecy address. If this address
is incorrect, incomplete, or needs to be changed, please contact streicher's
directly.

Where does Streicher’s ship to?
Streicher’s will ship to any US, but no foreign countries. Exceptions are made
in a case by case basis. We will also ship to any APO address. For our complete
shipping policies, click
here. Our standard shipping is UPS ground (5-7 day delivery). We also
have 3-day Select, 2nd day Air, and Next Day Air service available for an
additional charge. International shipments will be delivered by the US Postal
Service.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured
parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and
handling). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on
your account which you can use against future purchases. Refunds/Credit will
only be issued for items which are in new condition. If the item has been used
and is not defective, Streicher’s will not accept it and it will be returned to
you. If you are returning a product for any reason, please download and fill
out our
Return and Exchange form.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Minneapolis and Milwaukee showrooms are open from 9am through 6pm,
Monday-Friday, Central Standard Time, Minneapolis is also open and 10am through
2pm Saturday, Central Standard time. Our order hotline [800-367-3763] is open
from 8am through 7pm, Monday-Friday and 10am through 2pm Saturday, Central
Standard Time.
